These two cars are blocking the temporary pedestrian and bike access from the car park at Leighton Beach to the path to Port Beach.
There is no signage saying they can't park here - City of Freo!! - but it should be obvious. Then again they were probably busy texting or on the phone when they rocked up..

These jokers were "helping" someone with flat battery in their van.
Amazing that they find it easier to drive to the end of the carpark, over a kurb and down the bike and pedestrian path rather than roll the van backwards out of it's parking bay.
Bloke on hand powered trike went through shortly after me - hope he gave them a serve

and again..... a 4wd with large clearance with a whole area of grass next to them they could of parked on.

Down at Leighton Beach. This car parked on a cross walk & a cycle path despite having numerous car bays around.

Truck and van using the bicycle lane in Kardniya as a parking lane.

If you can decipher the license plate it would be great - I was late for the train.

Kind of early in the morning to be parking at this spot on Stubbs Tce just east of Alfred Road.
